All sticks used are Medical Grade depressors, they are dipped in wax, applied to the client and then they are disposed of. We NEVER reuse the same wax on multiple clients. All clients are provided a fresh pail of wax for each treatment.Waxing and Skin is WHAT we do and all of us at WAXY are absolute CLEAN FREAKS!

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If 15 minute or more late no charge will apply, but appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled. Except for permanent makeup where a charge will apply. If you booked an appointment using a voucher for Living Social, Team Buy, Deal find, Dealathon, or Groupon for first time clients and also don’t show up or don’t call to cancel, your voucher will be REVOKED AUTOMATICALLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please arrive on time as a courtesy to our awaiting clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you won’t be seen and your appointment will be cancelled and/or re-scheduled. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols
If you are experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health. Please stay home.
If you are not experiencing symptoms:
- Before booking, please fill out the COVID-19 waiver at Vagaro
- Please wait in your car until your appointment time
- Sorry no guests unless necessary (parent or guardian)
- Avoid bringing bag(s) or coat(s)
- You will be required to wash your hands or disinfect your hands before treatment
- Book by appointment only. During this time, we will NOT be allowing walk-in clients
- All guests will be required to wear a mask during treatment and after treatment
- Mandatory non-medical masks and/face covering in elevators
- Beverage offerings are temporarily suspended
- Sorry no makeup touch up after wax
- Time will be taken in between clients to apply new sanitation practices to treatment rooms
- Lastly, during this time Waxy Boutique will be limiting the amount of clients a day. Due to this restriction of time, clients will only receive treatment on what was booked on Vagaro.
